I have a web design and app design and commercials filming company for four years with annual sales of 150000 euros and 30000 euros profit and I'm only employee. I'm happy currently with financial income. Recently my wife left her job as brand manager in large startup to join my business as creative lead and project manager. We have also a house and 3 kids. My wife wants to help to grow our family business and join as another team member on payroll in my company team. I have 3 year experience as camera operator in my company. My dream is to become first camera assistant in full-feature film by year 2030. The challenge is that as a first camera assistant I might lose pay as much as 3 times compared to what I currently earn and my family needs for stable income. What steps I should take every year to pursue to my dream as first camera assistant by 2030 for full feature films and not put financial pressure for my family at the same time and execute smooth transition from what I currently do?
